Activities before my departure abroad
What was your approach in organising the placement?:
Kontaktovala jsem koordinátorku organizace, domluvila se s ní na stáži. Podala jsem přihlášku, domluvila jsem se na ubytování a zajistila si spoje, zajistila jsem si pojištění. Pak jsem zjišťovala další praktické info o Slovinsku.

Training agreement, dohoda o spolupráci s organizací, dohoda o mlčenlivosti, potvrzení spojů.

What is necessary to arrange immediately on arrival? What requirements and at which offices?:
Urbana card pro cestování hromadnou dopravou. Zjistit si kontakt na ambasádu, nejlépe je kontaktovat a ohlásit se, ale není to nutnost.

Describe your work/activity in the foreign organisation. Describe what specifically you did, whether the work corresponded to the agreed conditions and your field of study, and whether your work was independent and responsible, approximate working hours.:
Pracovní doba byla v průměru 8h denně, ale nepravidelná. Práce v dílnách s lidmi s mentálním postižením, jejich podpora, interakce, asistence, práce v domácnosti spolu s klienty, trávení společně volného času. Práce se stala samostatnou až po 1 měsíci, který byl jen pozorovací. Na všechno je potřeba čas, seznámit se s podmínkami, s klienty... nelze nic uspěchat.

Cena je odvislá od doby pobytu a domluvy s organizací, proto nyní neuvádím, stále se mění.

Who arranged your accommodation and how far ahead:
Koordinátorka, hned po domluvení stáže.

Equipment, internet connection, what to bring:
K dispozici základ jako povlečení a ručníky. Připojení k Wifi k dispozici.

What are the rough costs of groceries (compare with Czech prices):
Mírně vyšší, ale nic hrozného.

Transport to location of placement:
Autobus, Flixbus s přestupem ve Vídni.

Approximate price:
1 000,- jedna cesta.

Tips for purchasing cheap tickets and other recommendations:
Ve všední dny jsou spoje levnější.

What are the local transport options (public transport, cycling, on foot, rough prices):
Jezdí tam pouze MHD, na to je nutné koupit si kartu v Urbanomatu (ta stojí kolem 2 eura), pak každá cesta do města stojí cca 1,40. Za to můžete cestovat asi 40 minut libovolnými spoji, pak si musíte znovu pípnout kartou. Karta musí být dopředu nabitá v trafice nebo urbanomatu (více na lpp.si). Také jezdí mezi městy spoje Arriva (Arriva.si), ale jsou dražší a jezdí méně časo.

Cestovní pojistění.

Did you have other insurance? Which?:
Allianz standart.

Experience with insured events:
Řešila jsem nedostatek informací ohledně korona viru, volala jsem na asistenční linku, velmi rychlá a dobrá domluva. Vstřícné jednání, pokrytí všech zdravotních nákladů.

Tips for recreation:
Hory! :)
Jsou všude blízko, také jezero Bled a Bohinj, město Lublaň, Kranj.

Finance jsou jen orientační, vše záleží na domluvě s organizací! Když jste v organizaci déle, cena je výrazně nižší. Také záleží na cestování, já jsem hodně cestovala a chtěla jsem se i finančně podílet na životě v komunitě.

Účet jsem měla v ČR, vybírala normálně v jejich bankomatech, bez problému.

Ne.

Other advantages from the host organisation?:
Velmi dobrá koordinace a komunikace s lidmi v organizaci.

Is it necessary to assume a larger amount at the start of the placement? If yes, what and for what purpose?:
Ne.

Jako zahraniční pobyt, je možné za něj dostat kredity. 20kr za výjezd je povinné minimum, které m´je nutné dovézt z organizací za semestr v rámci Freemovers. V organizaci jsem byla měsíc, dostala jsem poměrný počet kreditů, tzn 4kr za měsíc.

Osobní rozvoj.

Any serious problems during the placement?:
Ne ze strany organizace, pouze pobyt přerušily nečekané světové zdravotní události, proto jsem se musela vrátit do ČR.

Nic speciálního, oblečení do domu, boty na hory.
