What was your approach in organising the placement?:
Prvně jsem zkontaktovala přijímací instituci a informovala se o možnostech stáže, poté jsem navázala kontakt se zahraničním centrem MUNI.

Životopis a motivační dopis

How far ahead did acceptance have to be organised? (in weeks):
Stáž jsem řešila ve velmi netypických a rychle proměnlivých podmínkách kvůli pandemické situaci, pokud si však vzpomínám správně, celý proces trval přibližně dva týdny.

What is necessary to arrange immediately on arrival? What requirements and at which offices?:
Stáž trvala dva měsíce a tedy nebylo třeba nic vyřizovat.

Describe your work/activity in the foreign organisation. Describe what specifically you did, whether the work corresponded to the agreed conditions and your field of study, and whether your work was independent and responsible, approximate working hours.:
Náplň práce v českém centru byla velmi pestrá a zajímavá. Prošla jsem si různými aktivitami napříč celkovou agendou menší kulturní instituce. Od drobné administrativy, přes strategické úkoly, po aktivní produkční práci. Měla jsem možnost podílet se na přípravách výstavy fotografky Marie Tomanové a dalších akcí, které ČC organizovalo (např. autorská čtení, filmové večery). Během akcí jsem měla nastarosti fotoreport a jeho následnou postprodukci, osahala jsem si také grafické programy.

Cost of accommodation - monthly:
285 EUR

Additional comments to the price of accommodation (as to what the price includes):
Před nastěhováním bylo potřeba zaplatit kauci 500 EUR, cena jinak zahrnovala samostatný pokoj s malou kuchyňkou a vlastní koupelnou, včetně připojení k internetu a služeb.

Who arranged your accommodation and how far ahead:
Zajišťovala jsem si ubytování také na erasmus studijní pobyt, který na stáž navazoval, řešila jsem ho tedy přes přijímací univerzitu (Humboldt Universitat) a přibližně 3 měsíce před odjezdem.

Equipment, internet connection, what to bring:
Určitě router nebo kabel k připojení na internet. Povlečení, vlastní peřiny, polštář, vybavení do kuchyně.

What are the rough costs of groceries (compare with Czech prices):
Přibližně srovnatelné s ČR, trochu dražší.

Transport to location of placement:
Na kole nebo veřejnou dopravou.

Approximate price:
Veřejná doprava stojí měsíčně 57,- EUR.

Tips for purchasing cheap tickets and other recommendations:
Určitě doporučuji sehnat kolo, dá se na něm v Berlíně dostat téměř kamkoliv a ušetří se tím spoustu peněz.

What are the local transport options (public transport, cycling, on foot, rough prices):
MHD, kolo.

How did you use health insurance? What type?:
Dostala jsem vyjímku díky spolupráci Německa s Českou republikou.

Did you have other insurance? Which?:
Připojišťovala jsem se u Evropské zdravotní pojišťovny.

Experience with insured events:
Naštěstí nemám.

Tips for recreation:
Projížďky na kole do širšího centra Berlína, muzea, galerie, určitě doporučuji prozkoumat místní klubovou a hudební scénu, stojí za to. Město také nabízí spoustu zajímavých architektonických skvostů, které je možné objevovat během procházek.

Během pobytu jsem si aktivně přivydělávala a také jsem měla podporu rodičů.

V Německu je třeba platit měsíčně koncesionářské poplatky, které činí cca 15 EUR.

Používala jsem český účet a službu Revolut, neměla jsem nikdy žádný problém. Doporučuji však operovat hlavně s hotovostí, možnosti platby kartou jsou velmi omezené.

Neplatila.

Možnost dostat se na zajímavé eventy, skvělý kolektiv a inspirující prostředí.

Určitě ano, doporučovala bych to však během jakékoliv cesty do zahraničí.
