Mgr studenti zašlou požadované předměty na studijní oddělení Reichman University. Ty jsou jim registrovány. Je možné je 2-3 týdny po začátku semestru upravovat.

Místní hodnota kreditů byla násobena třemi.

Describe the teaching methods (theory, practical and projects) and assessment of students:
Charakter výuky se významně neliší od výuky na MU. Pouze snad vztahy studentů a vyučujících, které jsou v Izraeli zpravidla bezprostřednější/familiérnější.

Quality of teaching in comparison with home school:
Srovnatelná. Více však zaměřená na praktické zkušenosti přednášejících.

Vše online.

Boaz Ganor, Daniel Reisner

How well is the school library equipped?:
K dispozici vše, co je třeba.

Availability of computers, internet access, level of software needed, requirements on notebook:
Počítače k dispozici v knihovně jsou, nicméně bez vlastního notebooku je práce výrazně komplikovanější.

Program IDConnect - různé seznamovací party, systém buddies (dva mezinárodní studenty + jeden místní), výlety po Izraeli.

V Izraeli je k dispozici vše, co kdekoli jinde na Západě.

How and how far ahead should accommodation be organised?:
Měsíc až dva předem.

What are the catering options?:
Jídelna v kampusu univerzity, otevřená v době oběda neděle-čtvrtek.

What are the rough costs of groceries (compare with Czech prices):
Vše 2x až 3x dražší

Transport to location of placement:
Vlak, bus. MHD funguje poměrně dobře.

Srovnatelná s ČR

Tips for purchasing cheap tickets and other recommendations:
RavKav dopravní karta. Funguje v celém Izraeli na všechny druhy dopravy (z části i v Palestině). Po předložení potvrzení o studiu (dodá Reichman Univerzity) na pobočce RavKav je sleva na nabíjení karty ve výši 50%.

What are the local transport options (public transport, cycling, on foot, rough prices):
MHD má široké pokrytí, cenově srovnatelné s ČR.

What kind of formalities have to be arranged before arrival, for example residence permit?:
Vízum. Řešit s ambasádou Státu Izrael v ČR. Během šabatu výrazně omezené busy, vlaky nejezdí.

What health insurance did you use? (rough price, advantages, disadvantages, is it necessary to arrange insurance at the university other than your home (Czech) insurance?):
Generali. Ccca 3000 CZK na celý pobyt. Využito, vše bez problémů.

Ano

Studentské vízum zakazuje pracovat.

Tips for free-time activities:
Cestování po Izraeli a Palestině i po dalších zemích (Egypt, Jordánsko).

Nikoli. Zaměstnanci i přednášející si někdy ovšem dávají s mailovými odpověďmi načas.

Nic speciálního. Jen je nutné počítat se středomořským počasím. Počátkem jara ale deštivo.

What most surprised you at the partner university in a positive way:
Zkušenosti přednášejících z praxe. Zpravidla před působením na univerzitě působili ve státních složkách.
